The only problem is, um, WTF does that MEAN?!

I haven't a clue. I'm more in the dressed to depress category lately.
Bling? Pork pie hat? Leather bell bottoms? I think the options are endless!
I tried to dress to impress for a presentation today. In twenty minutes at school I've been told 3 times that I look like I am hosting a dinner party or going out for martinis later. Apperently 'impress' to me means like it is the 50s...
